Disconnect The Thievery Warning System Inside A 1993 Infiniti G20

The anti-theft development in the Infiniti G20 operates via a remote interpretation fob. You must disable the manner before completely disconnecting the alarm. Mild wiring duty is all that is needed to finalize the disconnection.


Gently pry the cynical battery cable off the terminal, using a flathead screwdriver. Act the cable aside so that it doesn't come into contact with any metal. Disconnecting the battery cable completely disables the alarm, allowing you to office on it.


Press the "unlock" Press-stud provided your G20 has keyless entry. Manually unlock the Chauffeur's side door -- this deactivates the alarm -- provided you've misplaced your guide fob.


2. Free and secure the hood of the van.

Instructions

1. Press the Press-stud on your alarm key-fob that deactivates the alarm.


3. Pull the panel off the theft module. It is located under the Chauffeur's side of the dashboard, near the steering limit.


4. Use wire cutters to chop the green and yellow wire. Slide a wire cap onto both ends of the wire. Secure the cap in place using wire crimpers.


5. Replace the negative battery cable, and close the hood of the car.
