Use a sharp blade to cut away the rubber trim from around the edges of the windshield. Make an initial incision in the trim and cut away the rest of the trim in a clockwise direction. Enter the vehicle and pull the nylon cord around the bottom of the windshield. This will allow the rubber lip to set in place. Reattach the wing mirrors by sliding them back on to their bases and fixing in place with the base screw.
