Instructions


1. Place the window in the up position. Remove the two screws in the armrest, using the Phillips screwdriver. Insert the common screwdriver between the door panel and door. Slide it along the panel until it contacts a trim fastener. Pry the fastener out of the door and move to the next in succession until all the fasteners are removed on all three sides of the door panel. Remove the panel far enough to disconnect all electrical connections on the back side of the door panel.


2. Peel the moisture shield back to expose the door latch area. Disconnect the plastic rod retainer at the back of the outer door handle arm by using the needle nose pliers to pull the extended arm away from the rod. Pull the door latch rod from the back of the door handle.
