When you heed this current on your vehicle, copper the lock good gone before the lock completely jams.
Instructions
1.Changing machine locks must be done when the tumblers inside the lock comfiture or sieze. Unfortunately, this is a popular happening on older vehicles. However, it does not normally happen suddenly. The leading symptom of a failing lock is insolvable locking (insolvable to turn the indispensable when locking and unlocking).
Remove any trim coverings using a trim Emigration baggage. Wedge the gratuity of the trim removal tool underneath the trim covering and pry it off the door panel.
2. Remove any bolts underneath the trim covers.
3. Remove the door panel. Pry the door panel off the door frame using a trim Emigration item.
4. Remove latch cover by prying up on it with a trim removal tool.
5. Pull the cotter pin out of the bracket that connects the latch bar to the the handle actuator using a pair of pliers. Move the latch bar off to one side.
6. Remove the bolts that hold the door handle to the frame and slide the lock assembly off the frame.
7. Install the new lock. Installation is the reverse of removal.
