Over two-thirds of money raised from Volksfest, membership dues, trophy packages and raffles is donated to the Children's Hospital of Wisconsin. They raised $1,500 for the hospital in 2007.

Northern Wisconsin Volkswagen Club


Northern Wisconsin Volkswagen Club, a chapter of the Vintage Volkswagen Club of America, formed in 2001. Over One hundred members come from northern and central Wisconsin to share their enthusiasm for air-cooled, vintage VW vehicles. There are no membership fees but they ask for a small donation to help fund their website and events. Members get together to attend car shows, camp outs, cruises and picnics. Events provide a chance to network and meet other VW enthusiasts to memorize and share knowledge and experience. They have an annual car show/campout in August and campout in Door County in October.
