Replace A Vehicle Spring Loaded Seatbelt Retractor

Automobiles nowadays are equipped with a customary three-point shoulder/circuit zone. These belts are imaginary of materials or mechanical parts that can convert worn. Instructions


1. Extend the seat belt to check for twists or kinks.


2. Remove the bolts holding the seat and the seat itself for easier access to examine the seat belt, if you need to.


3. Remove the interior panels.


4. Push some of the belt out of the other side; use a screwdriver to pull out the loop, if one is present.7. Remove the bar, if present, to release the seat belt from the retractor.



Remove the bolt from beneath the retractor.5. Pull the seat belt all the Exit; hold the retractor straight up to move the belt out.6.



8. Thread the seat belt into the new retractor.


9. Reinstall the bar, if necessary; test the seat belt for correct operation.


10. Retract the belt fully if everything is working properly.


11. Reattach the panels and the bolts.


12. Replace any mounting bolts or other worn out parts that may be present.


13. Reinstall the seat, if necessary.
