Spot welding is a commonly used design of connecting seperate pieces of metal. The parts joined are typically mere thin, Apartment lodgings pieces connected by a character of melted spots. Instructions
1. Position miniature metal items that hold been spot-welded on a vice clamp bolted to a workbench. Twist the clamp shut and tight so that it holds the metal component firmly. Levy on goggles and gloves to protect your eyes and hands. Remove anything flammable from the globe.

Examine the middle of the cut weld for bubbles or fractures. Repeat the process on one or two welds after pulling random samples from your spot-welded products.
