Resurface the Rotors on a Lexus

Instructions
1. Loosen the lug nuts with a lug wrench or a socket. Hoist the vehicle with a floor jack and deposit it securely on jack stands. Remove the wheels and establish them aside.

3. Remove the brake caliper bolts with a socket and ratchet or an open-ended wrench. Slide the caliper off of the rotor. Collar the caliper on a nearby factor of the suspension or tie it off with a contour or a quota of wire so that there is no weight on the brake line, which could potentially damage the brake wrinkle.
2. Disinfected all of the brake components, including the brake rotor, caliper and brake contour. Liberally spray brake cleaner onto the parts and mop them down with a Disinfected towel. Fix the minor gap on the rotor for inserting a screwdriver. Rotate the rotor so that the gap is on the backside of the rotor. Flash a luminosity in so that you can gaze the adjuster for the emergency brake. Contain a flat-head screwdriver into the gap and rotate the adjuster so that the rotor cannot be turned, then back it off until the rotor can spin. Turn the E-brake adjuster it until you can pull the rotor off of the hub.
5. Gate the rotor to a ace tool shop and own it resurfaced. Reinstall the rotor onto the hub. If applicable, turn the E-brake adjuster until the rotor won't turn, then back it off just enough To admit the rotor to turn freely.
6. Slide the caliper over the rotor. Install and tighten the caliper mounting bolts. Replace the wheels and lower the car to the ground.
