Instructions
1. Grip off the revolve and the brake drum. Communication the meeting of the springs and retainers for fated reference. Remove the retracting springs and the brake shoe retainers with brake spring pliers.
Clean the backing plate with a dry rag or an approved cleaner. Apply high-temperature lubricant lightly to the backing plate so the brake shoes don't squeak after assembly.5. Lubricate the adjusting screw with a high-temperature lubricant after Emigration. Site the front and rear shoe.
3. Operate a drill with an additional considerable bit to remove the old linings. Maintain the original size of the rivet holes.
4.2. Grab the shoes and lift them off the backing plate. Let them slide well-organized. Disassemble the adjusting screw and spring.
Secure new brake shoe linings. Install the rivets, starting at the middle and working toward the ends. Rivets should hold the brake shoe lining securely without splitting near the rivet holes.
6. Reassemble and test the brakes, making several low-speed stops to ensure that they work.
